Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first
night’s stay. Please note that cancellation terms may vary during weekends and public
holidays; any specific conditions will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Where a cancellation fee has been applied, guests may request to reschedule their stay, subject
to availability. The revised stay must take place within 90 days of the original arrival date. Once
amended, the reservation cannot be changed again.

Room service is available from 1 pm to 4.15 pm and from 8.30 pm to 11.15 pm.

Landa is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, with the exception
of the terraces and garden areas. Failure to comply may result in a charge of €190
(VAT included) being added to your final bill.

The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor private parking, with valet service upon arrival and
spaces reserved for guests with reduced mobility. Two additional private outdoor car parks
are available for the restaurant and bar; please follow the signs on arrival.

Should you wish to reserve any items in advance, please contact Reception and we will prepare
your order accordingly.

If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery to the address provided within the
courier’s stated timeframes, it will be re-dispatched once payment of the shipping costs has
been received. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to decline the processing
of an order at our sole discretion.

Dogs are welcome at the hotel, subject to a few simple conditions (please refer to the room
rates section for further details). Dogs are also welcome in the bar, where our team will be
pleased to allocate a suitable table. In the restaurant, small dogs weighing up to 6 kg (13 lb)
are permitted, provided they remain inside an appropriate pet carrier.
